SEVP Portal Account Reset
Please Note: If you have already started an SEVP Portal Account Reset request, do not start a new one. To update your User Profile, or to continue an already initiated request, please go to your User Home Page.

 
 
  • This form is for F-1 students on OPT or STEM Extension only.
  • Please use this form if:
    • You never received the email from SEVP providing you with the link to access the SEVP Portal (please check your junk/spam mail too).
    • You have been locked out of your SEVP Portal account and were unable to reset your password.
  • If you haven't already, you will need to upload a copy of your EAD card in your ISSS Portal in the attachments section of your previous OPT Request (if you are currently on OPT) or your previous STEM Request (if you are currently on STEM Extension).
